Sunset Bike Shop – Bike Purchases

 

Once you confirm your Sunset Bike Shop bike purchase, you will receive an EMAIL OR SMS confirmation verifying that your order has been received and your bike or scooter is available to ship to the address of your choice.

 
Shipping and Handling for Bikes
 

Shipping Fee: All bikes carry a $85 shipping and handling fee, covering delivery to your selected address. Order Processing and Dealer Assembly: If the dealer has your bike, size, and color in stock, it will be ready for pick-up within 1 business day. YOU CAN ALWAYS CONTACT US IF YOU WANT ANYTHING SPECIFIC WITH YOUR BIKE (COLOUR ETC)

Orders BIKES OR SCOOTERS CAN BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO YOUR HOME OR ANY ADDRESS OF YOUR CHOICE  SINCE WE DO THE ASSEMBLY HERE

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 day of order confirmation. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Returns and Refunds

For Bikes

A 20% restocking fee applies to returned bikes to cover re-packing and return costs. Bikes must be returned in pristine, unridden condition to qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
